ashton & bentley
Ashton & Bentley pride themselves on producing the finest quality freestanding baths. They continue a long tradition of British innovation in this area by designing and manufacturing their entire freestanding bath collection in the North East of England.
Technical innovation is at the forefront of Ashton & Bentley’s contemporary and classic bath designs. Their exclusive material, CorreroTM, harnesses the thermal properties of organic limestone and pure white marble.
This unique composite material, which mixes organic minerals and resins, is beautiful, hard wearing, hygienic with a luxurious finish. But best of all, its unique thermal properties allows bath water to stay warmer for longer.
Available in a range of different styles and finishes – from contemporary, egg shapes to more traditional slipper designs with classic ball and claw feet – these timeless baths are painstakingly hand-polished by skilled craftsmen. They sit perfectly in homes old and new, echoing England’s proud manufacturing heritage and highlighting its role in looking to the future.
One of a kind
Ashton & Bentley recently introduced the Aegean, Alessa, Athena and Corinthian Metallic range. Made under vacuum, known as a Vac Metalizing Process (VMP), all the air is taken out during the curing process, resulting in a super strong product that isn’t as heavy as traditional metal baths.
Furthermore, heat loss – often associated with metal baths – isn’t a problem for Ashton & Bentley thanks to the thermal properties of its Correro material.
You can commission your own colour scheme for the metallic finish to create an entirely unique bath for your home.
Alternatively, if you’re after a painted finish, the Correro material allows you to paint your own bath. You’re free to add a pop of colour to your bathroom, or select a look that perfectly complement your colour scheme. The baths can be repainted several times if you decide to alter your colour scheme in the future.
